1. Who we are
Monster AI Local (https://dashboard.monsterailocal.com) is operated by Live Lucky Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Monster Media ("we", "us"). It helps local businesses and agencies manage their Google Business Profiles, reviews, posts and visibility in AI search. Questions about this policy: info@getmonstermedia.com.
2. What we collect
- Account info: your name and email. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text.
- Business info: details you enter about your businesses, such as name, address, services, photos, brand colors and content.
- Billing info: payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card numbers; we keep only plan, status and billing history.
- Usage and log data: pages and features used, device and browser details, IP address and error logs, used to run, secure and improve the service.
- Cookies: only those needed to keep you signed in and the site working.
3. Google user data
When you connect a Google account, Monster AI Local requests the Google Business Profile permission (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage) plus your basic Google account email.
We use it only to show and manage the Business Profiles you choose to connect:
- read and update profile details (hours, services, description, categories, photos);
- read reviews and post replies you approve;
- publish posts you create or approve;
- read performance metrics and search keywords;
- add or accept manager access when you ask us to connect your profile to your agency.
We store Google access and refresh tokens encrypted. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. Only humans on our team see it when needed for support, security or legal reasons, or with your consent.
Monster AI Local's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Disconnecting and deleting your data
- Disconnect your Google account inside the app at any time.
- Revoke our access any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Email info@getmonstermedia.com to delete your account and data. We delete it within 30 days, except records billing and tax law require us to keep.
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting and database, Stripe for payments, AI providers that process content you ask us to generate, and email delivery. They process data only to provide the service to us, not for their own purposes.
6. Retention, security and other details
- Retention: we keep data while your account is active and delete it as described above when you ask.
- Security: data is encrypted in transit, tokens are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to people who need it.
- Children: the service is not for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
- Location: data is processed in the United States.
- Changes: we will update the date above and notify you of important changes.
