Billing errors
We will review refunds for billing errors or duplicate charges. Email info@getmonstermedia.com within 30 days of the charge.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues to the end of the paid period.
Free trial
The free trial costs nothing unless you add a card and continue.
